Technical Customer Service Representative

**About the Position**:
Canature WaterGroup is growing We are looking for driven, talented, and personable individuals to join our team. If you are a Customer Service and Sales professional, you will want to consider joining our rapidly expanding business.

Some specific tasks this role is responsible for include:

- Answering questions from customers using multiple business channels such as computer, telephone and face to face
- Answering questions regarding in-house orders, pricing, product availability, expediting and taking orders over the phone
- Providing information on products and services including answering technical questions
- Providing technical support on full product lines
- Providing sales support for Regional Sales Managers.

**About you**:

- Must be a team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- 1+ years experience in a customer service support role.
- 1+ years in Plumbing / heating / electrical or related technical field an asset.
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledgeable in Google docs and sheets.
- Knowledge of QAD, Viewabo and Zendesk considered assets.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in the Water Treatment industry as asset.
