As our Retail Store Manager, you’ll lead a high-energy team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and make Paz Fuels a destination that’s as fun as it is profitable. You’ll do all this while keeping our store professional, our brand on point, and our customers coming back for more.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Leadership Experience**: 5+ years leading and developing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
**Retail & Operations Management**: 3+ years managing inventory, supplier relationships, and store operations.
**Food Industry Experience**: Background in food retail or food service is a strong asset.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
Maintain a welcoming, professional store environment.
Drive sales and execute smart marketing strategies.
Keep inventory levels and merchandising fresh and aligned with our brand.
Build solid supplier relationships to ensure top-notch products at the best prices.

Keep our store safe, compliant, and operating smoothly.
