**Summary**
As a Host/Host at Cathedral Social Hall, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
- Assist with customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle phone calls professionally, including reservations and inquiries.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset but not required.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$20.12 per hour
