Henniges Automotive in Burlington, Ontario is looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our Team. Our production processes include plastic injection molding, plastic extrusion and foam operations.

Job Summary: Maintain the IATF16949 Quality Management System through satisfactory performance of various Quality Department functions as outlined below.

To execute in this role, the Quality Coordinator will be skilled in the following areas:
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain and update the IATF Quality Management System document control process including administration of records, procedures, work instruction and forms.
- Participate in the IATF 16949 Internal QMS audits, Layered Process Audits and Error and Mistake-proofing audits as scheduled.
- Perform Product Capability Studies per the product schedule.
- Administer the Gage Calibration system, performing gage and fixture calibration and maintenance.
- Perform annual Product Audits per customer requirements.
- Assist in Measurement System Analysis GR&R completion for new products.
- Review Product Inspection Records daily for accuracy and completeness. Maintain filing system for easy retrieval.
- Provide backup for current production Lab testing.
- Assist in prototype sample measurement and paperwork preparation.
- Support new product PPAP utilizing the IMDS system to generate IMDS numbers as required.
- Perform other Quality Department support activities as directed.

Education Minimum: Professional knowledge/skills normally acquired through the completion of a College Quality Assurance Certificate / Diploma. Preferred: ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Technician.
