**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Provide detailed menu information to guests, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math for accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a solid understanding of food service operations.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation protocols is essential.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
