**About the Company**
**The Wolfs** is a growing construction company specializing in decks, fences, interlock, retaining walls, and outdoor structures. We are known for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and professional project execution.
We are currently looking for a **Skilled Interlock Specialist / Installer** to join our team for long-term cooperation.
**Responsibilities**
- Install **pavers, slabs, and retaining walls** with precision and quality.
- Follow Canadian industry standards and job specifications.
- Assist in **organizing worksites** and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Take care of tools, equipment, and company materials.
- Support and **train new team members** when needed.
- Communicate effectively with the team and follow project timelines.
**Requirements**:
- **Canadian work experience** in interlock and retaining wall installation (mandatory).
- Knowledge of **paver, slab, and wall block systems** (e.g. Techo-Bloc, Unilock, Best Way Stone, Permacon).
- Valid **G driver’s license**.
- Experience with **fence installation** is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, **responsibility, and punctuality**.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
