**Job Overview**:
Lead Home Services is hiring an experienced **Interlock Installation Technician** for the 2025 season (approximately 5 months). This is a casual, part-time position — you will not be working every single day, but you'll be called in based on job bookings.

We specialize in interlock restoration and pressure washing services across Toronto and the GTA, with a strong focus on high-quality, professional results.

You will be working directly with the **founder of a fast-growing, young company**. This is a unique opportunity to **grow alongside the business** — the right person can earn more responsibility, leadership roles, and higher pay as we expand.

We are looking for someone with **proven experience** in interlock levelling who takes pride in clean, durable work. You must be able to work independently, show past work examples, and communicate clearly in English.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair uneven or sunken interlock areas (driveways, walkways, patios).
- Remove, regrade, and relay interlock with precision.
- Compact base material and bedding properly to ensure long-term results.
- Handle polymeric sand, cutting tools, compactors, and other job site equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, professional worksite and leave clients’ properties spotless.
- Represent the company professionally with clients and coworkers.
- Identify and suggest additional work opportunities on jobs when appropriate (upsell sealing, full cleaning, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1+ years** professional experience in interlock levelling or hardscaping.
- Must provide **photos, videos, or references** showing previous work.
- Fluent in English (speaking and understanding).
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites (preferred).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, reliable, and attention to detail is a must.

**Compensation**:

- **Starting Pay: $20/hour**:
