$15/hour base rate and $25-30 commission per sale paid INSTANTLY through your Rewards Wallet
The average hourly wage is $28-$30/ hour. (Combination of base rate plus commission)

Overview

This is a commission-based role with a guaranteed hourly base and uncapped instant commission.
We are looking for enthusiastic & self-driven Sales Representatives in Brampton who are excited to represent Neo and play a role in building better financial products for Canadians. As part of our Sales team, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers to help them discover the value of Neo’s products for themselves.
In this role, you will travel between locations in your region and will be assigned to work at various activation events where you will represent Neo at our kiosks and booths. These events include malls, campuses, local businesses, and large retail partners. You will be directly responsible for acquiring customers by signing up customers for the Neo MasterCard and other Neo products.
We are looking for individuals who can work part-time and full-time hours. If you are a closer and have a track record of high performance, we can work together to create a schedule that works for you.

**Job Type**:
Part-time hours and full-time hours, contract role.
The ability to grow into a permanent full-time position is also available.
