**Summary**

We are currently seeking an **EXPERIENCED Embroidery Machine Operator** to join our dynamic team at Stitchery and More. In this role, you will be instrumental in the fabrication process, contributing to the production of high-quality apparel and promotional products that meet our clients' needs.

**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Hoop and Run Garments
- Setting up machines
- Change thread colours and re-thread machines as needed
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Assist in troubleshooting machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred applicants to have at least 2+ years of Multi-Head Embroidery Machine Operating Experience
- Must be able to work fast under tight deadlines
- Must be able to take and follow directions well
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Must be quality driven
- Must have outstanding punctuality and attendance
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
