**Community Events Associate, Job Responsibilities**:
Track and coordinate event properties including processing orders from stores, cleaning, maintenance, and replacement
Coordinates event swag orders and storage
Maintains events section of the warehouse
Assist with execution of employee auctions and product pick-ups
On site to assist with all events - HO driven and store level
Assist Community Events Coordinator on all events deliverables
Coordinate events activities with DEI council, ERGs and employee engagement and social committees
Organize and coordinate sample donation pickups
Fill in and submit journals sheet to charge store for rental of event properties.
Send journals sheets to the appropriate Accounting Team for processing.
Assist in ordering any necessary GT swag.
Other duties as required.
Community Events Associate, Key Qualifications
Diploma or degree in events planning, or a related field is an asset
Superior written and verbal communications skills. Interpersonal skills and tact is an asset
Must be detail-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and effectively as a member of the team
Must have computer software knowledge and experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Available to work weekends/evenings as required
Travelling required with overnight stays
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs;
Comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
Valid driver’s license
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
