**Summary of Position**:
Manage effective control and efficient movement of materials for production requirements

**Specific Accountabilities**:

- Live Core Values
- Manage and lead direct reports consistent with company processes
- Lead/Facilitate timely movement of materials per production requirements
- Active hands-on role in the movement of all materials
- Progressive engagement in related in area, and cross departmental throughput
- Coordinate with purchasing and outside partners for the timely movement, of all materials within functional areas
- Communicates with Planner and Production regarding changes to production schedule
- Inventory accuracy (cycle counts & complete inventory counts) within area (note: CSB accuracy and movement of dead items)
- Ensure internal communication to meet production requirements
- Manage and control the movement of pallets
- Plan dock schedules
- Maintain area organization to HACCP and facility standards
- Audit ready staging/storing of materials (R&D, Production, QA)
- Cleanliness and organization of warehouse and docks (interior and exterior)
- CSB utilization and inventory accuracy
- Ensure all skids are wrapped and properly secured
- Clear documentation for security of all vehicles in yard
- Safe operation of forklift, walkies reach trucks (training as assigned)
- Demonstrate Servant Leadership
- Coverage for planned and unplanned absence
- SQF & HACCP Accountabilities
- Seeks continuous improvement to our programs and procedures
- Cross training of others in your department
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Safety of fellow employees
- Safety, Quality and Productivity (in this order)

Ideal Qualifications:

- High school or higher education
- Computer literate
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- 3 + years in distribution warehousing
- Certified to operate a forklift, reach-truck, walkie

**Experience**:

- Warehouse distribution: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
- Reach Truck license (required)
- Walkie license (required)
