WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

SCOPE OF THE POSITION

**THE MANDATE**:

- Supervise warehouse operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
- Daily shift operations reporting.
- Review and coordinate movement of frozen material to and from cold storage.
- Receive inbound transfers from cold storage daily.
- Oversee frozen material tempering.
- Manage full DOMR process from start to finish.
- Execute on Daily and Monthly cycle counts.
- Assist with material variance investigations and adjustments.
- Assist the end-of-year inventory audit.
- Assist key stakeholders with material or system investigations.
- Train and coach warehouse employees for improved performance.
- Conduct regular employee performance reviews.
- Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments/rotations, new employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, and back-up for absent employees.
- Coordinate supplying operations with raw material and packaging per daily production schedule.
- Oversee receiving and shipping schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.

**THE CANDIDATE**:

- High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience as a shift supervisor in a warehouse environment, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate and draw conclusions from data.
- Strong understanding of warehouse, distribution, and inventory processes.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Understand temperature and weight measures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Collaborative supervisor able to work in cross functional team.
