AS A DAMAGE INSURANCE AGENT IN THE CLIENT RELATIONS CENTRE, YOU:
OFFER SUPPORT. PROVIDE ADVICE. BUILD LOYALTY.

You're also attentive to the auto and home insurance needs of members and clients while providing them with an UNPARALLELED EXPERIENCE

AS A CLAIMS ADVISOR, YOU:
OFFER SUPPORT. NEGOTIATE TERMS. INVESTIGATE SITUATIONS. HANDLE CLAIMS.

You also reassure members and clients and walk them through their automobile and home insurance claims with empathy and professionalism

What you need to know:
To practice one of these trades, you must obtain certification from the AMF. To be considered for training, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- You have a diploma of college studies, a bachelor's degree or a master's degree- OR an attestation of college studies in damage insurance- OR a diploma of secondary or vocational studies and 3 years of full-time experience in the labour market.- If your diplomas were obtained outside Canada, you must obtain a comparative evaluation from MIFI/WES.- MIFI:
