Our Casualty & Litigation Claims Managers work hard to provide support to our Claims unit and are the first line of conversation for the adjudication team. They are responsible for providing technical guidance, coaching and management of claims staff, ensuring efficient and prompt service in the investigation, analysis, and settlement of claims. They keep track of Key Performance Indicators and ensure that each claim is adjudicated in a timely and accurate manner.

Our Managers are passionate about leading people; they continuously build and maintain engagement among the team. They have strong articulation and analytical skills, which make them effective communicators. Working in a collaborative leadership team, there is the opportunity for developing strategic initiatives which will allow our teams to stay on the forefront of new adjudicating methods.

**You’re great at**:

- Critical thinking and investigating
- Being patient, analytical, on top of having a problem-solving mindset
- Being a Leader, not just a Manager

**You have**:

- 7-10 years of Casualty & Litigation Claims experience
- Completed a 3 or 4 year Post-Secondary program
- Strong adjusting background with in-depth knowledge of CGL and Auto BI
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Completion of a CIP/FCIP designation an asset
