Come and join a busy multidisciplinary clinic located at the heart of Burnaby/Coquitlam area. We are 2 mins walk from Lougheed Station & Lougheed Mall and we also offer free parking including gated parking for our staffs.

Our aim is to always offer a high level of quality treatment plans and care to our patients by offering a wide range of comprehensive services including Active Rehab, Acupuncture, Body Work Massage, Chiropractic, Counselling, Pilates, Physiotherapy, Reflexology, and Registered Massage Therapy), corporate clients, ICBC injury clients, and associated skincare shop clients. The clinic spends heavily on marketing and will continue to do so (check out our commercial video on Google; search “Olive Tree Wellness Clinic” and look into our photos/posts).

We are looking for an experienced receptionist/front desk to join our team who works closely with health professionals and is passionate and enthusiastic about patient care and service.

**Duties**:

- Greet patients in friendly and professional manner
- Patient scheduling, billing and claims
- Collect payments and issue invoices
- Record and update internal database
- Keep inventory of medical supplies
- Keep office and all rooms in order and clean
- Assist administrators/therapists with other tasks as needed

What we are looking for:

- Team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable and friendly
- Excellent in multi-tasking and super organized, and able to prioritize competing workload in fast-paced medical environment
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to navigate conflict in a calm and collaborative way
- Relevant training or work experience in a multidisciplinary clinic
- Proficiency in computer use including EMR software, MS Office, etc.
- Experience with Direct Billing
- Experience liaising with ICBC and WorkSafeBC is an asset
- Experience/interest in social media/marketing is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour
