**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships and support each child's development.
- Lead classroom activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all children.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum level 1 Early Childhood Certificate is preferred or willing to obtain.
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire young learners.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations for administrative tasks related to teaching responsibilities.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their growth in a classroom setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
