Events Project Manager

A career as an events project manager in the marketing team at National Bank means acting as an events specialist. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your skills in event organization.

**Your job**
- Take charge of large-scale corporate events, clients and/or employees, of National Bank Financial and other sectors as needed.
- Ensure the realization of events by working with the various partners and suppliers. (Aramak, Solotech, Immo BN, etc.)
- Ensure that the requirements and visibility obligations set out in the agreements are met and optimized.
- Ensure that deadlines are met, ensure the quality of deliverables and manage budgets for each project.
- Act as our eyes on the ground to ensure that execution is up to the required standards.
- Advise the organisers on event logistics, technical possibilities and the process.
- Have a creative mind and propose new ways of doing things in a changing work environment.
- Prioritize according to guiding principles and demonstrate tact and influence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Vice-President of Communications and Marketing is made up of more than 90 specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.

Within the Sponsorship and Events Activation area, you are part of a large team of 10 colleagues and report to the Director, Sponsorship Activation and Events. **Prerequisite**
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related to the mandate
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the industry
- Experience in event planning
- Project management experience
- Experience in an advisory role
- Ability to work under pressure
