**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Support banquet services by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for events.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow.
- Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment and storage areas.

**Skills**
- Experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with bussing, cleaning, cooking, and serving in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling safety regulations.
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
