**HEAD COACH - STORE GENERAL MANAGER**

Reports to: President and Sr. Operations Manager

***Your Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for creating an environment that delivers an brilliant customer experience
- Creating a culture that provides an exceptional employee experience
- Uphold, foster and live our core values
- Connecting the store with the local community
- Investing in and building a high performing team

***Operations**:

- Managing operational expectations at a high level to:

- Maximize productivity
- Achieve profitability
- Safeguard our employees and customers
- Protect company assets
- Follow the Team Town Sports play book and systems as part of the program

***What you offer**:

- 4 - 5 years of senior retail management experience, in a comparable volume store.
- Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Superior knowledge in store operations, and demonstratable success in improving customer and employee experience.
- Ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in managing controllable expenses and efficient scheduling.
- Strong sense of urgency and able to be nimble in understanding and driving sales in a changing business environment
- Superior analytical skills
- Understanding how to analyze business reporting and make business decisions and drive results through data.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and POS systems.
