Marketing Manager - 14 Month Contract
The Opportunity
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across multiple sales channels. Leading a team, this role oversees all aspects of marketing, including campaign development, content creation, digital and traditional initiatives, and product launches. Success in this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and effectively reach target audiences. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will manage budgets, build partnerships, and ensure consistent brand positioning across all brands and channels.
**In This Role You Will**:

- Strategic Marketing Planning & Management:

- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, market trends, and customer insights.
- Set clear goals, define key initiatives, and create data-driven plans to drive brand growth, lead generation, and market expansion.
- Brand Management & Positioning:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Manage product launches and promotional campaigns to support business objectives.
- Oversee content creation strategies to enhance brand perception.
- Innovation & Growth:

- Identify new market opportunities, trends, channels and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster a culture of experimentation within the team, encourage creative thinking and continuous improvement to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor a marketing team by providing clear direction, professional development opportunities, and ongoing support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture, ensuring team members are equipped with the skills, resources, and guidance needed to execute marketing strategies effectively and achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partnerships to enhance marketing capabilities.
- Budget & Performance Management:

- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights, industry shifts, and competitive analysis to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Assist and participate in special projects, conferences, shows, and events as required
