**Part-time Sales Administrator - **_The Power to Move You_

**Mercedes-Benz Maple**, part of Zanchin Automotive Group is currently looking for an energetic Part-time Sales Administrator to join their growing team. As the Sales Administrator, you contribute to the operational efficiency of the sales department and to positive CSI results by coordinating allocation, production changes and transportation of incoming vehicles for monthly deliveries. We provide extensive training and knowledge to ensure you are equipped for success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update One-Eighty Delivery Schedule to ensure proper tracking of all deals
- Register new and used vehicles in the RDR function
- Licensing
- Prepare deal paperwork for accounting after vehicle delivery
- Fund deals for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services
- Generate various reports for the Sales Manager
- Coordinate scheduling filing of customer deals
- Attend sales meetings and prepare meeting minutes as required
- Act as a back-up for Sales Receptionist
- Other duties as required by your local manager

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary diploma/degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an automotive retail environment
- Computer skills: MS Office, One-Eighty
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail maintains high accuracy and has strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong leadership qualities, demonstrates initiative, and the desire to be part of an effective team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
