**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
The Recruiter will focus on identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented real estate agents. You will connect with prospects, promote KWCRE’s value, and help grow the brokerage. If you’re motivated, goal-driven, and skilled in recruitment or sales, we want to hear from you

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Lead Generation & Outreach**
- Create and manage social media posts to attract recruits.
- Develop job postings on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of recruit leads.
- Follow up with prospective recruits to maintain engagement.
**Relationship Building & Recruitment**
- Send personalized mail to potential recruits.
- Clearly articulate KWCRE’s value proposition, including training, technology, and cultural benefits.
- Schedule and conduct recruiting appointments to onboard agents effectively.
**Performance & Strategy**
- Meet daily, monthly, and annual recruitment goals.
- Use metrics to track recruitment progress and recommend strategic improvements.
**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)**:
- Book 1 recruiting appointment per day.
- Successfully recruit 3 licensed agents per month.
**COMPENSATION**:
**Base Salary**:
- $50,000 per year.
**Incentives**:
- $1,500 for each successfully recruited agent.
- $5,000 bonus for every 10 agents recruited within the first year.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales.
- Strong talent acquisition skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Understanding of the real estate industry, particularly residential sales.
- Goal-driven, with the ability to set clear expectations and maintain accountability.
- Proficiency in analyzing metrics and implementing strategic improvements.
