Halifax, Canada Northern Apex Full time

Northern Apex Inc. is a staffing agency specializing in retail staffing. We directly employ Recruiters, Staffing Managers and Assistants as well as Client Service Representatives throughout Canada for both remote and hybrid roles. These internal roles are necessary in order for us to fill roles on behalf of the businesses that utilize our staffing services.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Fluency is both written and verbal English
- Computer literacy and confidence in retaining information
- Ability to excel in a hybrid environment (typically 3 days in-office and 2 remote working days as this is a full-time position)
- Experience in Human Resources, Office Management, Account Management, Staffing/Recruiting or any role requiring similar skills is an advantage
- High School Diploma or equivalent at the minimum, Post-Secondary in a related field is preferred but not required

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule interviews and conduct phone screens
- Attend regular staff meetings and provide updates, feedback and add valuable information as required
- Provide data for use in KPI meetings

**Compensation and Additional Information**:

- Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility surrounding set hours
- Annual salary of $39,000
- Three mandatory in-office workdays and two remote days per week
- Paid annual vacation weeks
- Extended health, dental and vision benefits upon completion of 3 month probationary period
