- **Knowledge** of traditional coffee menu and the ability to prepare each menu item following any specific recipe and set of standards presented. (espresso, espresso macchiato, cortado, flat white, latte, cappuccino, americano, mocha)
- **Extensive experience **in dialling in espresso, steaming milk to different temperatures and textures, and pouring consistent latte art with different kinds of milk. (whole, oat, almond, soy)
- **Experience in **a grinder and espresso machine cleaning and maintenance.
- **General knowledge **of the coffee roasting process and experience working with different roasts to brew coffee.
- **The interview will have two parts**:_
1. **Practical**:

- after a quick demonstration of the equipment and our standards, _**you will be asked to prepare a 12 oz latte and **_an_ **8 oz cappuccino. **_You will need to demonstrate your ability to quickly adapt to using our equipment and prepare a latte and a cappuccino that meet our standards.
2. **General Discussion** - this second part of the interview will only be conducted if you successfully complete the part.During this part of the interview, we will quickly go over your experience, work plans, goals, and availability. You would also learn a bit about lovelarte, including how we work and what we look for in people who join our team. You would also have an opportunity to ask questions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
