**Job Overview**
Are you a passionate Chef ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, high-quality kitchen? We're looking for a professional to join our Catering team as Chef Manager to oversee our catering operations. You'll help drive menu creativity, kitchen efficiency, and team development—all while delivering amazing food.

**Duties**
- Supervise, train and inspire catering staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Design and prepare menus and dishes.
- Create work list and work schedules for all related departments within the organization.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including setup, serving, and breakdown of catering services.
- Ensure proper food handling practices and kitchen operations are followed at all times to maintain health and safety, quality and timing standards.
- Manage inventory of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Lead by example in food quality and presentation.
- Maintain a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and effective communication among staff.

**Experience**
- Proven experience (3+ Years) in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in restaurant management or kitchen operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Previous experience in event planning or catering services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- MAPAQ Certified.
- Culinary diploma (DEP) or equivalent experience.

Êtes-vous un chef passionné et prêt à assumer un rôle de leadership dans une cuisine dynamique et de haute qualité ? Nous recherchons un professionnel pour rejoindre notre équipe traiteur en tant que chef gérant afin de superviser nos opérations traiteur. Vous contribuerez à la créativité des menus, à l'efficacité de la cuisine et au développement de l'équipe, tout en proposant des plats exceptionnels.

**Tâches**
- Superviser, former et motiver le personnel traiteur afin d'assurer un service efficace et le respect des normes de l'entreprise.
- Superviser les processus de préparation et de cuisson des aliments afin de garantir la qualité et le respect des réglementations en matière de sécurité alimentaire.
- Concevoir et préparer les menus et les plats.
- Créer les listes de tâches et les plannings de tous les services concernés de l'organisation.
- Coordonner la logistique des événements, y compris la mise en place, le service et le démontage des services traiteur.
- Veiller au respect absolu des bonnes pratiques de manipulation des aliments et du fonctionnement de la cuisine afin de maintenir les normes d'hygiène, de sécurité, de qualité et de respect des délais.
- Gérer les stocks de fournitures et d'équipements alimentaires, en passant des commandes si nécessaire pour garantir des niveaux de stock adéquats.
- Donner l'exemple en matière de qualité et de présentation des aliments.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail positif qui favorise le travail d'équipe et une communication efficace entre les équipes.

**Expérience**
- Expérience avérée (plus de 3 ans) à un poste de supervision dans le secteur de la restauration ou de l'hôtellerie.
- Une solide expérience en gestion de restaurant ou en exploitation de cuisine est un atout.
- Une connaissance des procédures de manipulation des aliments et des réglementations de sécurité est essentielle.
- Des compétences avérées en leadership et une capacité à motiver et à gérer efficacement une équipe diversifiée sont essentielles.
- Une expérience préalable en organisation d'événements ou en services traiteur est fortement souhaitée.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et une approche centrée sur le client.
