**Description**

DK SAMRA HOMES AND CONS INC. of Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking 4 Drywall Installer and Finisher to join our team to support the growing demand of the business. We have immediate openings for team-oriented individuals.

**Job description**

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum four years of experience working in a similar role in the interior finish industry;
2. Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members;
3. Able to handle up to 45kg weight;
4. Client focus;
5. Strong problem-solving skills;
6. Work independently.

**Other considerations**:

- Additional language other than official languages is an asset;
- Mobility (with a valid license and vehicle) is an asset.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets;
2. Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners;
3. Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife;
4. Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound;
5. Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings;
7. Smooth out the excess compound and allow the coat to dry;
8. Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists.
