**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drywall Installation**: Measure, cut, and install drywall panels on interior walls and ceilings using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical fasteners.
- **Insulation Installation**: Install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam board, spray foam, etc.) in walls, ceilings, and attics to improve energy efficiency and soundproofing.
- **Repair Work**: Assess and repair damaged drywall or insulation by cutting out sections, replacing materials, and finishing joints.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with other contractors, supervisors, and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- **Material Handling**: Safely handle and transport drywall sheets, insulation rolls, and other materials to and from work sites.
- **Tools and Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and properly use tools and equipment, reporting any defects or need for repairs to management.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or maintenance person services.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
