Customer Service Representative/inside Sales

Multi-role position available. Our small office offers the opportunity to have a wide range of responsibilities from travelling to supporting our Agents and customers, inside technical support, and trade shows. Monoglass services the local BC market as well as the United States and International markets.

This position will involve:
Answering phones and directing calls
- Travel as required, primarily within North America.
- Taking orders and assisting customers with material requirements/estimating
- Providing general technical product support to customers, architects, and building owners.
- Filing, inputting customer information into ACT database, packaging small shipments, maintaining inventory.
- Presentations to architects and contractors
- Working closely with other team members and management to provide excellent service and support to our customers.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate University degree or equivalent in a related field
- Previous experience in customer service/inside sales, preferably within the construction or insulation materials industry.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Must possess a valid Canadian passport and have no restrictions with respect to travel destinations.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from a Canadian province or territory.
- Must be able to rent a vehicle in Canada and the United States
- Intermediate computer skills
- Enthusiastic and highly organized
- Work well in and support a team-based environment
- Great phone skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Outgoing and flexible
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate in a diplomatic manner with all relevant contacts
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and ACT software desirable
- Have working knowledge in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams and presentation software

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
