Join our dynamic team in Richmond Hill as a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, benefits administration, and document management. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately will ensure the smooth operation of our HR department. Please note that this position is a one-year contract to cover maternity leave, which requires working in the office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain accurate employee profiles, ensuring all necessary information is properly documented.
- Facilitate resignation procedures, ensuring a seamless offboarding process for departing employees.
- Manage and track sick leave, maternity leave, and other forms of employee leave of absence, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
- Process employee change forms accurately and in a timely manner to reflect any updates or modifications.
- Administer Manulife benefits program, ensuring employees receive the necessary support and information.
- Effectively managing and addressing all internal staff inquiries

**Specifications**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees, parents, and colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer systems for documentation, reporting, and managing HR operations.
- Strong collaborative skills and a team-oriented mindset, promoting a positive work environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative both within and outside of the HR department.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, enabling you to address challenges efficiently and effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in HR principles.
- Knowledge of ADP software is considered an asset, showcasing your familiarity with HR management systems.
