- Multiple Locations in GTA Bluewater Imaging is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Call Centre / Front Desk Representative to join our growing diagnostic imaging team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with booking, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
- Must be able to provide flexible shift coverage across multiple Bluewater Imaging GTA clinic locations
- Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information.
- Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person.
- Coordinate appointments across multiple imaging modalities and clinic locations.
- Receive and process physician requisitions.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians' offices, and internal staff.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to PHIPA privacy requirements.
- Support daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and patient flow. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office, call centre, or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude.
- Experience with EMR/RIS systems is an asset.
- Medical terminology knowledge is considered an asset.
