Our services include accounting, business finance management services, financial statement preparation, taxation and more. We have recently seen significant growth and are now looking to expand our team to serve our clients better. Our approach is technology based and we strive to automate our clients’ processes

Position Summary:
In this role you would play a central role in overall office management. Working closely with the CEO you would provide support to all team members. This support includes the following:

- Coordinating tasks - making sure all routine monthly tasks are completed on time, ensuring client requests are handled on time, task management for the team, follow up on tasks assigned ensuring timeliness and ensuring quality of information. Understanding the priorities and objectives of the business to provide briefings to the executive on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Technology implementation - you would help role out new tools adopted by the firm as well as assist clients in implementing these tools.
- Client bookkeeping coordination - you would ensure collection of information from clients on time, facilitate the information flow process, produce financial reports for clients, ensure client books are reconciled on a monthly basis by working with the team of bookkeepers.
- Content creation - you will create content for company's social media and website

The firm is in growth mode, therefore, we are looking for a person who is dynamic, flexible and multitasker. We see this role offering growth as the company grow, we are excited and we want someone who is excited to grow with us.

We are looking for someone with the Accounting education, a little bit of experience, desire to learn and motivation to grow

Familiarity with Quickbooks online, Sage 50, Dext, Wagepoint will be a plus

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
