Cleaning Supervisor

At Scrubmaster, our Cleaning Supervisor will perform the following job duties: Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensuring adherence to these standards and procedures Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties. Coaching and developing employees cleaners Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and ensuring that they are carried out expertly Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis to know when they are worn-out and request for replacement Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards May perform certain cleaning duties Education: University Diploma/Higher Skills, Knowledge & Work Experience: Previous experience of minimum of 1-2 years in supervision of cleaning procedures in commercial cleaning company is required Knowledge in WHMIS & SDS is an ideal Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and even in listening Excellent decision-making ability is a must-have Must be proactive in the line of duty
**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
