Pillitteri Estates Winery is seeking motivated, positive and knowledgeable wine enthusiasts to join our team. Pillitteri Estates winery is a family owned and operated winery in Niagara on the Lake that has been producing award winning wines for over 30 years.

**Your Duties will include**:

- Providing elevated customer experiences through educational tours and tastings
- Working both indoors and outdoors
- Promoting the sale of all products, events and Pillitteri Wine Club
- Handling opening and closing procedures - including maintaining stock levels, merchandising, picking and packing online and curbside wine orders and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Accurate cash handling and operation of the POS system.
- Assisting with the promotion, set-up and tear-down of special onsite hospitality events

**We are looking for team members who are/have**:

- A passion for customer service with a proven track record in hospitality and sales.
- Comfortable with public speaking to large groups as well as engaging with guests one-on-one.
- Enthusiastic to learn and teach guests about all aspects of the wine making process, viticulture practices and the many unique styles of wine.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Able to multitask and use time efficiently.
- Able to lift 40lb cases of wine on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time and navigate stairs.
- Above the age of 18 and Smart Serve Certified.
- Access to personal transportation.
- Completed or working towards completion of WSET or ISG/CAPS is desirable but formal wine education is not required.
- Post-secondary studies in Hospitality/Tourism or Wine Business/Business considered an asset
- Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays required.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
