**Job Overview**:
Are you looking for a great team to work with and grow your skills with?

We are seeking a skilled supervisor to join our cladding team.

You will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety of their team
- Supervise and lead construction crews on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct quality control checks to guarantee work meets specifications
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

**Experience**:

- Strong supervisory skills with experience in leading teams
- Ability to read and understand blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with quality control processes in construction projects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $35.25-$42.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
