**Job Overview**

**About Us**: We are a well-established insurance brokerage in Calgary, dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our clients. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team and become the welcoming face of our office.

**Duties**
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both clients and staff.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed
- Handle inquiries regarding services offered, insurance information, and office policies.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to type accurately and quickly while maintaining professionalism in all communications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
