**WE’RE LOOKING FOR A RETAIL STORE KEYHOLDER**

Sugar Daddies Bakery is looking to hire part-time RETAIL STORE KEYHOLDER for our Cambridge location. This position requires weekday and/or weekend availability.

**Main Job Duties are described below**:

- Opening and Closing retail store responsiblities.
- Administrative duties in a retail setting.
- Maintaining store standards, organization, and product presentation.
- Prioritize cleanliness and health standards at all times
- Provide superior customer service to all guests
- Efficiently stock and display product in a neat and appealing manner
- Assist guests with product recommendations and locations, requests, and special orders
- Handle customer concerns with care.
- Assist in receiving, unloading and stocking of merchandise
- Merchandise, price, label and stock all bakery products
- Ensure accuracy of store signage with regards to pricing
- Willingness to cross train and work in any department
- To perform other duties and tasks assigned, as consistent with the nature and scope of the position

**On occasion you may be asked to perform the following**:

- Coordinate delivery schedules and customer pickups
- Answer customer phone calls where required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in customer service required.
- Superb customer service skills with a desire to provide a great shopping experience for customers.
- Proven organization skills.
- Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
