**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Key Holder** to join the team at our Cambridge store, located at**:44 Saltsman Drive Cambridge, ON**

**What You’ll Do as Key Holder**:

- **Support the Team**: Assist with training, coaching, and supporting Retail Sales Associates
- **Be the Go-To for Customers**: Provide exceptional service to every customer, handle exchanges or refunds, and assist with resolving any issues professionally and positively.
- **Keep Things Looking Great**: Help with merchandising, maintain a clean and organized store, and create a welcoming space for customers and team members.
- **Manage Inventory**: Assist with receiving, replenishing stock, processing transfers, and ensuring inventory counts are accurate.
- **Close Up Shop**: Carry out keyholder responsibilities, including securing the store, balancing registers, and completing end-of-day paperwork.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- **Experience**: 1 or more years of retail experience
- **Team Player**: You’re great at working on your own but thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- **Tech Skills**: You’re comfortable with computers and know your way around point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- **Customer-First Attitude**: You genuinely care about creating an amazing experience for every customer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
