Housekeeping Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with vendors for replenishment
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, etc.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate with staff members will be essential in maintaining high cleanliness standards.

To succeed in this position, you should have previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role. You should also have a strong knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning practices. Additionally, excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and inventory management are required.
