We are currently looking for a **C**redit & Accounts Receivable Analyst** to strengthen our finance team in Quebec City. Our future colleague will be responsible for exploring the intricacies of credit and accounts receivable analysis, while working closely with the finance department.

**THE DAY-TO-DAY**
- Coordinate accounts receivable follow-up with the controller team for each division;
- Facilitate payment of overdue invoices with customers;
- Calculate weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts;
- Ensure proper opening of new accounts receivable in line with existing processes;
- Set credit limits for new customers and update limits for regular customers across different business lines;
- Collaborate with sales representatives and other stakeholders to establish payment agreements;
- Manage the company's accounts receivable insurance;
- Provide guidance to relevant teams on how customer payments should be allocated;
- Streamline accounts receivable management processes and tools;
- Improve account opening processes and credit limit optimization.

**THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Degree in business administration or equivalent relevant training;
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a related field;
- Prior experience working with American and international clients;
- Strong negotiation skills with customers;
- Proficiency in MS Office suite;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
