**Job Description** Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising the daily operations of our Calgary customer service team
- Ensuring that identified KPI’s are met
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Ply Gem Canada customer base
- Effectively communicating corporate goals and objectives to staff
- Foster a proactive and positive working environment to enhance Ply Gem Canada, Customer Service operations
- Ensure that all data entered into the system is complete, accurate, and clearly documents all service issues on the service order pertaining to the service work that is to be done
- Have an excellent level of knowledge of product specifications and
- Able to work alone for extended periods of time but also able to work close with other team members
- have the ability to think clearly and quickly and make decisions based upon your knowledge
- Updating builders / customers portfolio when needed.
- A desire to grow from this first stem into the management team
- Other duties as required

**This is fully on site position. No hybrid or remote options available.**
**Qualifications** QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing skills of at least 40 WPM
- Strong capability to coach and train new hires
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
- Excellent communication skills

**EXPERIENCE**
- 1-2 years prior experience as a customer service representative or similar roll
- Previous team management experience highly desirable

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate; Proficiency in using the Office Suite of products including (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
