Are you a reliable and hardworking individual with trailer towing experience? We’re looking for a **Runner** to join our team and help ensure smooth operations across our construction and property management sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive to various job sites and stores to pick up and deliver materials and supplies.
- Safely tow and maneuver a trailer for transporting products.
- Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and office staff to fulfill requests promptly.
- Conduct basic vehicle and trailer maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience towing and operating a trailer.
- Clean driving abstract is a must.
- Knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
