**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all Project Foreman are completing FLRA, Quality Control, Tool Box and other Mandatory Forms as part of the Quality Control & OH&S Programs
- Responsible for attending with weekly sub trade meetings
- Responsible for assisting Project Forman with Colour Specifications, Ordering, Deficiency and any and all project foreman related matters that directly impact the overall success and outcome of the contracted projects
- In specific matters related to product performance and or suitability collaborate with Primary Construction Coordinator and/or Supplier Representatives
- Field all Site and Project Related queries in reference to scheduling or any other issues and coordinate all project related matters with PC or others as applicable
- Coordination of the primary scope of Subcontractors and quality assurance
- Responsible to familiarize with project documents including dwg, specifications, scope and any and all contractual obligations to ensure successful execution of paint requirements
- Responsible for weekly site visits, pre-inspection and post-inspection of substrates and workmanship
- Responsible for facilitating any and all product mock-ups
- Coordinate daily activities and schedules for field staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Handle customer support inquiries, providing exceptional service to clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain an organized front desk environment, welcoming visitors and managing appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the office.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette and professionalism.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
