Canada General Dynamics Land Systems - Canada Full time

Under the direction of the Program Manager Lead:
- Responsible for overall management of training team and ensuring achievement of Safety, Schedule and Quality deliverables
- Manage Customer expectations, evaluate to determine requirements and provide feedback
- Promote and develop business opportunities by establishing and maintaining regular interface with Customers, business partners and suppliers
- Prepare estimates of work using the Bid and Proposal process and support contractor negotiations
- Responsible for development and maintenance of training documentation.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of training related processes, developing relevant metrics and maintaining best practices based on lessons learned
- Schedule, measure and assign work
- Develop and maintain Career Path and Professional / Technical development plans for direct reports
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly status or performance reports
- Manage issue resolution
- Monitor performance and budget metrics and ensure accountability

**Position Requirements**:
**Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Direct customer-facing experience
- Customer and detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and solve complex problems
- Proven ability to lead and motivate people to achieve common objectives
- Strong understanding of aftermarket support products
- Demonstrated strength in managing relationships at all levels of an organization, both internal and external
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively to achieve short and long term objectives and ensure customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated and effective in a multi-disciplinary team, including facilitating discussion, agreement and issue resolution
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to be agile, set priorities and multi-task under pressure
- Strong negotiation, oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to travel and maintain a valid passport as well as meet visa requirements to work (Igama) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience interacting with culturally diverse customers in the Middle East
- Product knowledge and previous experience with military training practices
- Previous experience working with government contract
