**The experienced ERP Team Leader** will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our new ECI M1 ERP system, one that is conceived for discrete manufacturing. The Team Leader will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, and the ability to effectively manage their team to ensure the successful execution of ERP initiatives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation and optimization of the new ERP system (ECI M1)
- Act as a liaison between the ERP team and other departments to facilitate communication and alignment on ERP-related initiatives
- Develop and execute rollout for ERP system enhancements
- Provide training and support to team on ERP system usage and best practices
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure integration of ERP into daily operations
- Oversee manufacturing controls and real-time ERP tracking
- Manage inventory, resource planning (MRP), and scheduling
- Continuously improve ERP processes and workflows
- Participate in strategic planning to align ERP with company objectives
- Other duties and projects as required

**ERP Team Leader Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Preference will be shown to an MBA
- Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
- Experience utilizing and maintaining an MRP system (generally within ERP)
- Strong leadership skills - able to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (i.e. sales/engineering)
- Certification in ERP systems is a plus
