**Overview**
- Must have a minium of**:three years** of commercial cleaning/ maintenance experience.
- Must be able to work **Monday - Friday from 11 am - 7 pm**or noon - 8 pm
- Must be able to work **independently**with mínimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including **sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing** various areas of the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness in **restrooms**, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment for all staff and visitors.
- Handle **waste disposal and recycling**in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor and upkeep of equipment.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding cleanliness or maintenance to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
- **Use commercial carpet cleaner and commercial polisher**

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices.
- Ability to perform facilities maintenance tasks effectively.
- Excellent **attention to detail** with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues effectively.
- Ability to work **independently.**:

- **Physical stamina**to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
