Audi Midtown Toronto is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team in Toronto. This individual is the first point of contact for anyone entering the dealership and will be responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties.

**Hours**: anytime between 8:30am-8pm, Monday - Thursday

9am - 5pm, Friday and Saturday.

**Please note hours will reduce in September, making it suitable for post-secondary students.**

**Job Duties**:

- Handle incoming calls, route and take messages.
- Greeting and supporting customers.
- Prepare paperwork for filing.
- Coordinating and processing customer’s payments.
- Performing various clerical and administrative duties.
- Maintaining the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Act as the secondary/back-up Appointment coordinator if needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What We Look For**:

- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must bring a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be confident and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working independently.
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
- Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
- Team-oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with licensing vehicles is an asset.
- Dealership experience preferred but not required.
