**The Gig**
We're cooking up a game-changing loyalty program, and we need your fresh perspective and digital savvy to make it legendary Think of yourself as part creative genius, part strategic wizard, helping us build something that'll make our customers' hearts skip a beat (in a good way, of course).

Starting May 2025, dive into a 16-week full-time adventure and experience fashion differently.

**Your Daily Adventures**
- Support the development of our new loyalty program through documentation, creative ideation, and program structure planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, eCommerce, Legal, and Customer Service to gather program requirements
- Support creative and branding initiatives including program positioning, tone of voice, and naming strategies
- Help coordinate and track project milestones while maintaining effective stakeholder communication

**Your Toolkit**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Hiring Rate**
- Year 1 Student: $20 hourly
- Year 2 Student: $22 hourly
- Year 3 Student: $24 hourly
