We’re hiring outgoing, energetic individuals to canvas neighborhoods and generate leads for our painting services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being outside, talking to people, and earning performance-based bonuses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Knock on residential doors to promote BMD Painting services
- Generate and record qualified leads for our sales team
- Place door hangers and install lawn signs in designated areas
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with homeowners
- Track daily activity and submit lead information accurately

**What We Offer**:

- $20-$24/hour base pay (based on experience)
- **$30 bonus for every qualified lead**:

- Flexible scheduling (evening and weekend shifts available)
- Training and materials provided

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Previous door-to-door or sales experience is a bonus, but not required
- Must be 16+ years of age
- Must have your own Transportation

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
