Position Description Name: Customer Success Specialist
Location: Halifax (Work from Home)
Reports to: Raegan Obirek
Position Summary:
The Customer Success Specialist role at Dragon Veterinary Canada Ltd. will be to work with potential clients to adopt voice dictation into their clinic (medical and veterinary fields). This diverse role will see you working closely with clients to train them on using our voice dictation software, as well as reaching out to potential clients to adopt the program. This is a salaried position, with the ability to work remotely. Start date for this position is to be decided.
Necessary skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Confident working with computers
- Excellent phone skills.
- Strong organizational ability, and attention to detail
- Eager to learn and try new tools
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Patient and adaptable
- Post secondary education in a relevant industry is an asset
- Fluent in spoken and written English is a must
**Responsibilities**:
- Product training for new clients (Our product is voice dictation software for doctors and veterinarians)
- Respond to sales phone line
- Respond to company live chat
- Reach out to potential clients
- Perform free trial on-boarding and training with the software
- Travel to tradeshows (optional)
Additional responsibilities may be required. Being a small organization, we rely on employees who can roll with the punches, adapt to diverse situations, and wear different hats as needed.
