**MANAGER, ENVIRONMENTAL DUE DILIGENCE**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Design Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (in accordance with CSA Standards as well as Ontario Regulation 153/04), and soil/groundwater remediation programs.
- Lead and mentor staff in the execution of Phase One and Two ESA projects.
- Complete technical reviews of projects to ensure compliance with client objectives, regulatory requirements and technical standards (QA/QC assessment of data and reports).
- Prepare work plans and cost estimates.
- Ensure timely and accurate reports.
- Provide technical direction and mentoring to junior staff.
- Contribute to the growth of the due diligence group.
- Perform business development activities, manage projects and clients.
**Qualifications**:
- University or College program in a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of environmental consulting, preferably in Ontario.
- Superior communication skills, written and spoken.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate effectively and to proactively respond to time-sensitive issues.
- Experience with Brownfields/contaminated sites, remediation, environmental site assessment and transactional due diligence.
- Understanding of hydrogeology, contaminant transport and geology.
- Thorough understanding of environmental regulations and standards.
